Delivery Terms

All orders within U.A.E. get free standard shipping.
Delivery Time
Because each unit of the iFrame lamp is produced with unique personalized photo, your order will be 3D printed after you have finalized your online order. The entire process takes up 5 working days.
Payment
For each product you order on the Website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the such product as of the time you submitted your order (“Product Price”), the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, if any (“Delivery Fees”), and any applicable taxes.
We accept payments in AED or USD currency. We accept the following payment method:

- Internet Banking (Funds transfer in iFrame Handicraft Works)
- PayPal
- Cash on Delivery
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchased made at our online store. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and debit/credit card numbers and expirations dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Product Information
iFrame Handicraft Works produce personalized multi-functional mood lamp. All our iFrame lamps are 3D printed unique for each order. Although we are thorough with our quality inspection, there may be some minor inconsistencies based on the nature of 3D printing process. These are not considered as product defects. Each lamp you purchase is one of a kind. There are no two lamps in our shop that are exactly the same.
Modifications to Product Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the any of our product line without notice at any time.
Liability Limitations
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
In no case shall iFrame Handicraft Works, our directors, officers, employees, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service and product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Product Warranty
iFrame Handicraft Works warrants that the product hereby purchased is, upon delivery, free from defects in electronic component and workmanship and that any such product which is found to be defective in such workmanship or electronic component will be repaired or replaced by iFrame Handicraft Works (Ex-Works, Dubai); provided, however, that this warranty applies only to equipment found to be so defective within a period 12 months from the date of purchase.
iFrame Handicraft Works shall not be obligated under this warranty for alleged defects which examination discloses are due to tampering, misuse, neglect, improper storage, and in any case where products are disassembled by anyone other than authorized Seller’s representatives.
This warranty is restricted to the iFrame device and does not cover any consequential damages.
Except for the limited warranty of repair and replacement stated above, seller disclaims all warranties whatsoever with respect to the product, including all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Dispute Clause
By accessing the Website, you agree that the laws of UAE, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and iFrame Handicraft Works or its affiliates. Any claim or dispute between you and iFrame Handicraft Works that arises in whole or in part from accessing or using the Website or in relation to orders, delivery, quality or any such products or services offered through the Website, shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dubai, UAE only.

The text, graphics and Website’s html code (including flash files, java script etc.) contained in the Website are the exclusive property of iFrame Handicraft Works, its affiliates or related entities.
