You have to select the model you want to order and provide us with a photo of your choice that will be 3D printed on your selected model. At the time of ordering after selecting the model, you will have to upload your photo. Please make sure that the resolution and format meets the requirement to ensure a good quality 3D print.

Orders can be changed / cancelled only if they have not gone into 3D printing production. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us at +971-50 383 6480 or email us at [email protected]

It takes up to 24 hours’ time to process a cancellation request.

Once cancellation is approved and processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 15 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Currently we delivery only in UAE.

Your order will be delivered through our courier partners within 5 working days upon confirmation of order.

Standard delivery is free of charge.

We do not guarantee refund for cases where:
