Technical FAQ

  • Check that the device is connected to power source.

  • Refresh network scanning command on your smartphone.
  • Reboot the device and wait 20 seconds.
  • Check that the device is connected to power source.

  • Go to WiFi networks list on your smartphone and search for the network named iFrame-000000 (with 6 numerical digits) or the name that you have configured in the WiFi Network Setting Page.
  • Select it and when prompted, click “Sign-in”. Please ensure that you connect to the device AP network
  • If no sign-in is prompted, launch a new page on Internet browser, and type in IP address 8.8.8.8.

Check on the web interface device control page to ensure that the MANUAL mode is activated.

Check on the web interface device control page to ensure that Bluetooth is activated.

  • Check that the device is connected to power source.
  • Check the ON/OFF button located on the back of the device is switched on.
  • Ensure that you are connected to the device’s access point.
  • Launch a new page on Internet browser from your smartphone, type in IP address 8.8.8.8 to launch the device main control page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “WIFI NETWORK SETTINGS”.
  • Select “SCAN NETWORKS” wait for 1 to 2 seconds to allow the device to scan all local networks. Proceed to select from the list, the preferred WiFi network and introduce network password credential.
  • Select “Save” and wait for 15 seconds.

Check on the web interface device control page to ensure “SWITCHING MODE” is selected to “AUTO”.

Check on the web interface device control page to ensure “SWITCHING MODE” selected to “MANUAL” and “activate timer” is checked.

  • Check that your device is connected to the network.
  • Check if your router is turned on and is operating on 2.5 GHz band.
  • Check that you use the correct network password.
  • Launch a new page on Internet browser from your smartphone, type in IP address 8.8.8.8 to launch the device main control page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “WIFI NETWORK SETTINGS”.
  • Select “SCAN NETWORKS” wait for 1 to 2 seconds to allow the device to scan all local networks. Proceed to select from the list, the preferred WiFi network and introduce network password credential.

Check this section of the main control page to ensure “Activate” is selected and saved by selected “SAVE” button.
