DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

DELIVERY

Within the UAE, we will try to deliver your order within 3-4 working days. Due to the nature of the product being 3D customized printing, it may take up to 6 working days after placing your order. All deliveries are made by a courier who will contact you to schedule delivery. We recommend using the courier app to help track the process. At seasonal times delivery times may be extended. If you require your order sooner, please email us at [email protected] and we will see what we can do to help.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately we can’t offer any refund or exchange. In lieu of refund, we provide 12 months warranty on our products against defects in electronic component and workmanship. In the event that any of our product is found to be defective in such workmanship or electronic component, it will be repaired or replaced within the 12 month warranty period.

To be eligible for repair or replacement, your item must be presented at our business premise located in Dubai, U.A.E. for technical inspection. Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your product satisfies the warranty criteria for repair or replacement. We will further notify you when the repaired or replacement item is ready for your collection.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your repaired or replaced item.
